BGA REWORK TRAINING COURSE

This training covers into sessions, the 1 st session will cover theory as it will cover both the equipment and hardware of the machine including the safety. Then followed by the practical session.

Training Topics Include:   

Session 1

• Overview of equipment hardware and software
• Safety precautions with PPE
• How to operate machines
• The setting of machine parameters,  
• Preparation of profile pcba
• Method of reworking failure components through removal and placement of goods.  

Session 2

• Preparing PCB for soldering profile
• Profiling on machine
• Adjustment of profile parameter
• Selection of the right nozzle and vacuum  
• PCBA readiness for assemblies 
• Setting up pcba on workstation
• Review soldering quality before and after repair was done.
